What We Offer
Medway Travel Clinic provides private travel health services including clinical appointment, travel vaccinations, antimalarial medication, private prescriptions, and travel health advice. All services are provided privately; they are not NHS services and are not funded by the NHS. Charges apply for all appointment and treatments unless otherwise stated.
Appointments and Cancellations Policy
Appointments can be booked online or by telephone. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or failure to attend without notice may incur a charge. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary due to clinical staffing or operational reasons. Where we reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative slot.
Pricing and How to Pay
All prices are displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking where applicable. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major debit and credit cards. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change if the price confirmed at the time of your booking applies to that appointment.
H2: The Limits of Our Clinical Responsibility
Travel health advice provided at your appointment is based on current NaTHNaC and TravelHealthPro guidance at the time of your appointment. Travel health guidance changes frequently outbreak situations, entry requirements, and vaccine recommendations can all change between your appointment and your departure date. We strongly recommend checking travelhealthpro.org.uk and the FCDO travel advice pages before you travel. We cannot accept liability for changes in guidance that occur after your appointment.
Prescriptions and Medication
Private prescriptions and medications are issued only where clinically appropriate following a face-to-face appointment with our clinician. All prescribing at Medway Travel Clinic follows UK regulatory requirements and GPhC standards. Dispensed medication and administered vaccines cannot be returned or refunded once supplied. If you experience an adverse reaction to any medication or vaccine supplied by us, contact us immediately and seek medical advice.
