Are antimalarials necessary for Zanzibar?

Yes. Zanzibar carries the same year-round malaria risk as mainland Tanzania, making antimalarials essential for all visitors.

Do I need altitude medication for Kilimanjaro?

Acetazolamide (Diamox) is strongly recommended for treks under 7 days. It is available at our clinic for adults 18+ following a consultation and a required home trial dose.

What are the costs for Tanzania travel vaccines?
